The Presidential AI Challenge
is a national challenge where K-12 youth, educators, mentors, and community teams come together to solve real-world problems in their communities using AI-powered solutions with an opportunity to showcase their solutions at a national level.

The Presidential AI Challenge Powered by JPO is JPO’s brand-new program designed to help students ages 8–18 become confident leaders in the age of artificial intelligence while working on the Presidential AI Challenge inspired by the First Lady.
This fall, JPO members will work in small teams by age to explore how AI can solve real-world community challenges - combining creativity, leadership, and cutting-edge technology.
Guided by top-tier coaches, students will:
Learn the fundamentals of AI and how it can solve real world problems
Develop and refine proposals or functional solutions for community problems
Gain confidence pitching ideas and telling your story
Write and polish your story
Compete in the Presidential AI Challenge for the chance to be recognized at the state, regional, and even national level in Washington D.C..
