Conference Dress Code

Conference Dress Code

 

All delegates must adhere to the conference dress code and dress in business attire. Failure to comply will result in exclusion from committee sessions. Please review the following guidelines for the JPO: MUN dress code, which are mandatory for participation as a delegate.

SUITS: A professional suit is required to convey a serious and professional appearance.

SHIRTS or TOPS
Male delegates wear a shirt tucked in at all times. Female delegates may wear a blouse, sweater, button-down shirt, or an appropriate dress. Appropriate skirts are also acceptable.

SHOES
Delegates, both male and female, must wear shoes or boots that complement their chosen attire.

HAIR
All delegates must maintain a professional hairstyle suitable for the conference. Dyed hairstyles that may be distracting are not permitted during committee sessions.

JEWELRY & PIERCINGS
For a professional presentation at the conference, delegates are prohibited from wearing facial or nose piercings, unless they hold religious or cultural significance.
