The Presidential AI Challenge Powered by JPO, is JPO’s brand-new program designed to help students ages 8–18 become confident leaders in the age of artificial intelligence while working on the Presidential AI Challenge.
This fall, JPO members will work in small teams to explore how AI can solve real-world community challenges - combining creativity, leadership, and cutting-edge technology.

Guided by top-tier coaches, students will:

Learn the fundamentals of AI and how it can solve real world problems

Learn by building, testing and refining

Develop proposals or functional solutions for community problems
- Write and polish your story

Collaborate with peers

Compete in the Presidential AI Challenge for the chance to be recognized at the state, regional, and even national level in Washington D.C.

Eligibility: Students ages 8–18  (Grades 3-12)
Early Bird Price: $499 (Regular $699)
Goal: To prepare students to design, build, and submit projects for the Presidential AI Challenge.
As this challenge launches for the first time, some sessions or assignments may be adjusted to ensure the best learning experience. We appreciate your flexibility as we pilot this program alongside the recently announced Presidential AI Challenge.
